This notice covers the feedback form for Careyosity™ POS, a project of Careyosity Brands. It does not cover a live POS service or payment processing; neither is offered by this homepage.

What the form saves

When you press Send feedback, we save the answers you choose to provide, an optional email address, your separate contact choices, a submission reference, a timestamp, and the form and privacy-notice versions. A technical fingerprint of the submitted answers helps prevent duplicate submissions when a request is retried. It is not a device fingerprint.

You do not need to provide your name, business name, email address, or website. At least one substantive answer is needed; a single suggestion or survey choice is enough. Website query strings and fragments are removed before storage so tracking parameters and private link tokens are not deliberately retained.

Why we collect it

We use feedback to understand vendors’ needs, decide what to build, and improve Careyosity™ POS. Submissions are not displayed publicly. We do not sell feedback or add respondents to an advertising list. We would ask permission before publishing a named testimonial.

Your contact choices

“You may contact me about my feedback” allows follow-up about your response. “Contact me about future testing” expresses interest in testing-related contact. “Send me important Careyosity™ POS project updates” is a separate opt-in for meaningful project announcements such as an interactive software preview, beta availability, or major launch news. All choices are optional and unchecked by default. Providing an email without selecting a contact option does not authorize follow-up or project-update email.

If you opt in to project updates, your email is also kept in a private subscriber list with the consent wording, time, source, and subscription status so we can avoid mailing people who have unsubscribed. Every project-update broadcast includes a self-service unsubscribe link, and the private subscriber list is authoritative for whether an address is active, unsubscribed, or suppressed. You can also ask to change your preference by emailing [email protected].

Where it goes

Submitted answers are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database in the Careyosity POS project account, separate from retail inventory and payment records. Project owners and people they authorize to administer this project can access them through that account. There is no public list or lookup of feedback submissions.

Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile spam protection. The security check loads when the form is opened and collection is enabled; it processes technical information needed to assess requests. Our form code does not save your IP address, browser user-agent, or Turnstile token in the feedback database, and does not add advertising analytics or store draft answers in browser storage. Hosting and security services may separately process ordinary connection and security data. See Cloudflare’s privacy information.

Before you send

Please do not include card numbers, passwords, bank details, government IDs, or anyone else’s personal information. The form is for product ideas, not account access or payment support. Draft answers stay on this open page until you submit, close the tab, or reload; closing the form alone keeps your unsent text on the page.

Questions, correction, or deletion

Email [email protected] to ask about your response, change your contact preferences, or request deletion. Include the submission reference where possible. Without contact details or a reference, locating the right response may be difficult. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Feedback is kept for project research and review until removed by the project owners; this release does not implement automatic deletion.

Using the email link instead of the form sends your message through your email provider and Gmail. It is not automatically entered in the form database.

A development project

Asking about a feature, app, website connection, or test program does not promise that it will be offered. The current priority is building and validating the system with Careyosity first.
